Position: IT Support Officer (Onsite & Remote)

Responsibility

• Install and configure new computer hardware for improving and upgrading system performance; contribute to technology upgrades as required.
• Organizing meetings using Google meets, zoom etc. and making presentation using charts and graphs to track the company’s progress 
• Deploying and inspecting IT network systems.
• Responding promptly to IT support requests from employees through anydesk, email, phone calls, MS Teams, ticketing system, etc.
• Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems.
• Performing regular checks on network, hardware and software.
• Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
• Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
• Responding to user requests and providing feedbacks.
• Managing system backups and network security protocols.
• IT Helpdesk to the company’s 7 offices onsite and remotely using anydesk
• Hardware maintenance (systems, copiers and printers) and software and installation
• Training of new employees
