Anu Oyeleye

Anu Oyeleye is an agile and lean leader experienced in launching and growing both consumer and enterprise-facing products. With a clear focus on the top and bottom lines of the company, she has demonstrated her ability to identify business opportunities and successfully implement them. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Redeemer’s University, Nigeria, MSc in Economics from Lancaster University, UK and MSc in Strategic Business Management from University of Law Business School, Germany. She is a certified Data Analyst and Product Manager with more than 8 years’ experience. Also has broad banking and financial services experience spanning Risk Management, Business Banking, Product Management, and Financial Technology. She has interfaced and assumed leadership roles in some of these business segments over the years. She is deeply familiar with JIRA, Scrum and agile methodologies, and data analytics. She can adapt quickly to new programs and software to aid her job.

Currently, Anu is the Senior Product Manager at Nodens Inc. She manages the credit product, Nodcredit, and the remittances product, Nodtransfer, whilst also being the product owner of the BNPL product, Gemini Gadgets. Her achievements range from:

• Reduced the total NPL by 30% in the first year by improving the credit assessment process to reduce the total number of debtors.

• Managed and co-led the cross-functional team to implement the approved BNPL product through Agile development process, collaborated with developers and UI/UX teams to build prototype for proof of concept and beta service trial.

• Provided the communication bridge between marketing and IT by working with UX and design teams to create interactive prototypes and documents to support online enhancements.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Redeemer’s University, Nigeria, MSc in Economics from Lancaster University, UK and MSc in Strategic Business Management from University of Law Business School, Germany.
