My responsibilities encompassed processing passport applications and renewals, verifying payments and documentation, and efficiently entering data into the e-passport system, including biometric data, signatures, and photographs. Moreover, I demonstrated exceptional expertise in handling network/server matters related to e-passport production, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

In my experience as a Public Relations Officer for the Nigeria Media Link, I collaborated in organizing the National Merit Award for the National Assembly in Nigeria. Additionally, my tenure as an Assistant Public Relations Officer at Nigeria Insurance Company of Nigeria (NICON) involved effectively communicating the organization's objectives to the public.
