My name is Gabriel Mfon Mendie, from Akwa Ibom state, married. I've had my education to the level of SS3 which I have my WAEC certificate and also OND, food management tech from Nigerian catering institute. I have worked for more than twenty years now in hospitality line as a chef. I am good in cooking of continental, African, pastry and also creating and formulating of menu. I can cook perfectly according to any require recipes of a particular choice with no supervision. in addition to this, I also have additional knowledge of repairs and maintenance of all kinds of kitchen machines both manual and electrical. I have worked professionally in all the area of hospitality, such as, eateries, hotels and restaurants. with my experience in this line, I believe I have the ability to handle any kitchen  entrusted under my care as a chef.
