Efeturi Doghudje

Efeturi Doghudje is a Communications Specialist with an educational background in media and communication, and over sixteen years of experience in marketing, public relations, digital marketing strategy, branding and management, spanning various industries including broadcast media, advertising, banking, investment and civil service. 

Efeturi is currently the Chief Brand Strategist for TGComms Ltd. Before then, she was the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications at VFD Group Plc; a position she took up late 2020. Prior to working at VFD Group, she was the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications at United Capital Plc where she stayed for two years. Her duties included promoting the company’s brand, projecting its image positively to the public and managing its relationship with the media in a way that supports its corporate goals. 

From 2016 to 2018, she was Head, Communications and Stakeholder Management at Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSTEF). Before then, she had a six-year stint at First Bank Nigeria Limited. She joined the bank in 2010 as a Media & External Relations Specialist and transitioned to a Digital Media Specialist before her exit

Efeturi is a member NIPR, an associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON); a global affiliate, Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR); and a member, International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). 

Her hobbies include Nigerian movies reviews, reading, traveling and karaoke.
