My name is Nwanze Chukwufunnaya Adaeze. I possess a B.A (hons) degree in Mass Communication from the University of Benin. I also hold a certification in Customer Service from Poder Green Academy. I am friendly, very result oriented, accommodating, an active listener, and possess good communication skills. I have worked as a Credit Officer which has helped shape my customer relationship and service skills . I will be glad If I am granted the opportunity to contribute to the growth of your company. 

I have a two years experience in Loan Recovery at Blue Ridge Microfinance Bank. As a Loan recovery Officer I was Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from customers, informing customers of their overdue bills and advising them of their payment options.

I have a B.A ( Hons) degree in Mass Communication from the University of Benin.
