I am a seasoned C-suit professional Environmental & Social implementor, auditor, and astute strategic analytic  and problem solving skills with over 15 years of experience in the field of sustainability. I am result driven and a collabortive team player but can also work  on my own. 

I have developed an operational integrated  and fully audited Environment, Social Management System,Excellent Conceptual  and technical skills in planning, Environmental Impact assessment, workload management.

I have over the yers been able to build my capacity to combinefield work and reporting to management and the Board as well as  implementing recommendations and Board directives.

Brandie is a senior sustainability and management systems professional with over 15 years of experience in Environmental and Social Risk management, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) implementation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Occupational Health and Safety management. She is an experienced ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, ISO 45001 Senior Lead Implementer, and certified GRI Sustainability and impact reporting practitioner, and has also acquired other relevant certifications and local/international training. She is currently the pioneer Head of Sustainability at LAPO Microfinance Bank where she leads sustainability/ESG strategy implementation.
