With more than various experience as Quality Control / Quality Assurance personnel in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, I am now well-positioned to partake in the graduate  internship program that is currently available with your company.

In my current role at Càm Dairy Foods ltd, I participate in all Quality Assurance operations from conducting GMP audits, general inspection of the factory environment, facilitate implementation of IPM, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitate development of HACCP study, carrying out analysis on raw materials, semi finished products and finished products, inspection of the line before and during production, process monitoring to ensure safe and quality products are produced to investigating customer complaints and carrying out Root cause analysis on those complaints.

I played an important role in developing and executing various Standards of Operations, Quality Monitoring Scheme, Work instructions and Records for all necessary documentation needed ranging from analysis of inbound and outbound materials, Cleaning activities and so more. This lead to a 75% increase in standardization of all activities and processes done in the company, a great reduction in customer complaints and a reduction in release of non-conforming finished products.

As a Hygienist in the company, I facilitate training and send weekly newsletter to promote good quality culture and create awareness on Quality and Food safety. This resulted in more productivity as  staff began to understand and efficiently play their role in ensuring customers get Quality and Safe food.

In my days of Industrial training internship at Nasco Household and Dangote Cement PLC I carried out routine analysis on Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. I also participated in certification of products and documentation of results and all important records. I also participated in compliance with all standards during external audits.
