i am a legal practitioner with 7 years working experience, i am passionate, corporate governance, real estate transactions, and i am result riented and 

i have skills in advocacy, legal drafting, with includes all real estate document, commercail transactions agreements, and adhering to the Companies and allied Matters Act.

i have 7 years working experience. i have worked in interned at various  law offices, most result is at Damlilola Ayinde Marshal & Co. Drafting and reviewing real estate document (contract of sale, deed of assignments, tenancy agreements, lease agreements, perfection of title at the Lands registry, etc.), contract agreements (partnership agreement, Non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, etc.) negotiating, and litigating a broad range of legal cases for multiple client (particularly economics and financial crimes matters) while effectively interpreting laws, rules, and regulations and analyzing probable outcomes.

i was called to the Nigerian Legal practioner Bar on 13th December, 2017. i graduated from Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti with LL.B.
