About Azuka Udeme:

Frank has about 10years in customer support operations and has managed a minimum of 25agents per team directly at a time and over 100 personnel indirectly. I have a good knowledge of customer support applications such as Siebel CRM, ERP, Google docs, Slack, Intercom, CLM and also very detailed in reporting.

I am currently the customer support and retention manager at FiberOne Broadband where I manage over 30,000 existing customers by engaging them with FAQs and informative banners which reduces call inflow to the center. I currently manage a team of 20 agents in our Lagos office and 6 support personnel remotely who work from other experience centers. Frank achieved a retention rate of 97.5% in 2021 and has won several awards as best team manager.
