1. Develop and maintain the business recovery plan and procedure; reviews, revises, and expands existing plans and protocols.

4. Reviewing data on loss exposures and loss experience to detect emerging trends or problems
5. Identifying potential operational risk exposures, evaluating potential losses from those exposures, and developing mitigation strategies for high-risk situations
6. Monitoring the performance of operational risk management controls through regular audits and assessments
7. Developing, communicating, and enforcing operational risk policies and procedures
