I am a highly analytical, motivated and committed young professional with strong belief in excellence and self-improvement.

In my short work experience, I have learnt how to function effectively by taking reasonable initiative. I have also learned how to work effectively as part of a corporate team to deliver professional corporate services to improve the quality of service of an organization.

I am a resourceful and result oriented professional who understands the importance of paying attention to details as well as balancing a client’s expectations and needs with the standard and practical and business objectives and principles of an organization. 

Communication and management skill, relationship building skill, staff motivation, customer motivation, conflict resolution, attention to details, creative problem solver, balances empathy with collections, emotional intelligence to name a few are skills i have thoroughly harnessed in the course of my professional experience, as an administrative officer at Capital Express Assurance where i served, NSIA (ADIC) Insurance, as a graduate trainee and Quick Check, a Customer service role which i am presently.
