Experience

My journey began when I lived in France, where I had the chance to experience the renowned French work culture firsthand. The emphasis on work-life balance, respect for hierarchies, and the appreciation for long-established traditions shaped my understanding of how organizations function within this context. I became adept at navigating the intricate web of relationships and adapting to the formal yet collaborative working environment.

Subsequently, I relocated to Japan, a country known for its strong sense of loyalty, dedication, and harmony in the workplace. The emphasis on teamwork and consensus decision-making greatly influenced my approach to employee engagement and conflict resolution. I learned the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive environment to foster productivity and maintain strong employee relationships.

My journey continued to the United States, where I experienced a dynamic and entrepreneurial work culture.
