With over several years experience in the Hospitality industry. I have a vast knowledge of how to manage teams, recruit and maintain staff in a professional manner. I have extensive people and organisation skills which have been developed and enhanced through various employment opportunities including being an elected member of the Customer Service team in every organisation i found myself for two years. As a result i now feel that i can bring a wealth of knowledge to my next role and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any possibilities. Also very keen on finding new career opportunities.In charge of the Front office Department, Leading a team of 13. main aim is to deliver excellent customer service and drive guest satisfaction to the highest level. Other focus areas is team development which involves lots of coaching, mentoring and on the job feedback. We want to be there for our guest and team members, creating memorable experience and seizing every opportunity we have to create a wow moment.
