I am a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism from Esfam University and a Certificate in Airline Ticketing and Reservation from the Universal School of Aviation. I’m passionate about the travel and airline industry, skilled in customer service, and confident using reservation systems. I’m eager to bring my enthusiasm, accuracy, and strong communication skills to a growing company.

I have hands-on training and academic experience in airline ticketing, reservations, and hospitality management. Through my studies at the Universal School of Aviation and Esfam University, I developed strong skills in customer service,  and travel coordination. I’m detail-oriented, computer literate, and capable of handling client inquiries and bookings efficiently. I’m now seeking an opportunity to apply these skills in a professional airline or travel agency environment.
