Adewumi Ajetomobi

a recent graduate of Estate Management with two years of experience in the field, I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to succeed in this program.

In my previous role as an estate assistant,I gained valuable experience in administrative works and management, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. I also had the opportunity to work closely with clients, which helped me develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.

In addition to my experience in estate management, I also completed a six-month internship in human resources. During this time, I gained experience in employee engagement. I believe that this experience will be valuable in this field, as an human resource intern, as it has given me a strong foundation in the principles of human resources. 

I worked as an estate assistant at Wunmi Odusola and Co for one year. In this role, I was responsible for assisting in the management of real estate properties, including conducting property inspections, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating property maintenance and repairs. I also worked as a human resource intern at Lade Olagbenro & Co in Ibadan, Oyo State for less than a year. During this time, I worked side by side with the HR team by assisting with recruitment and selection processes, employee training and development, and HR policy development. Finally, I was an internship student at Wilmart Enterprise in Ibadan, where I was involved in various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

I attended the Federal University of Technology Akure, where i studied estate management. During my time at the university, i gained knowledge and skills in various areas of real estate management, including property development, property law, and property management. You also learned about the various types of properties, such as commercial, residential, and industrial, as well as how to manage them. After completing my studies, i graduated with a second class lower degree, which is a testament to my hard work and dedication to my studies. With this degree, i gained a strong foundation in estate management that has been valuable in my professional experiences so far.
