  • Recommend and Approves loan facility to customers.
  • Lead sales team of over 40 sales agents/Trade Executive/Business Developer Officer in Lagos, and Ogun.
  • Design sales and Marketing Strategy for the team to ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target is met.
  • Negotiating and establishing new business partnership and developing new business frontiers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of marketing Campaigns.
  • Motivate Sales team through Variables/bonus and incentive-based system.
  • Engage with sales team to get customer’s feedback on product improvement then speak with regional manager to implement these feedbacks.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and also the first point of contact between the merchants and the organization.
