By years of experience, I've had both on-contact, virtual and on-the-web customer management experience, hence, my passion to be involved in customer satisfaction-related ventures which evolved into Web3 activities. In the last 5 years, I have been actively involved in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency ecosystem across Africa with team, connections and partners across MENA and Sub-Sahara Africa.
