I work as a Business Development Executive In a Microfinance Bank located at Ikoyi. Most of my duties has to do with handling customers complaints, enquiries, solving any problems customers has. Customer Satisfaction and customer relationship for future reference and referrals, disbursement of loan, processing and approval of loan.
I have 2years experiences in Sales Executive/Business Development Executive. I have passion for new ideas, meeting people, research etc.
I have good communication skills both verbal and written, good in Microsoft packages, interpersonal skills, multitasking, Analytical skills and team work.
