Adebola Adenitan

I am a Corporate Finance expert with 11years experience ranging from financial advisory, private equity, financial planning and internal control. 

I started my career at KPMG, Deals Advisory where I worked for about 5 years before proceeding to Vine Capital Partners, a PE firm for the next 3 years where I garnered experience in PE, internal control and also launched my career in financial planning. From there, I joined Mixta Real Estate Plc as senior financial planning and analysis associate where I handled budget and variance analysis, fund raising ( recently closed a $19m deal with Shelter Afrique), handled financial models for all Nigerian projects , among other functions. 

I am currently the head of Finance at Ashcorp Luxury Projects Limited. I have succeeded in ensuring a seamless product pricing system, business plan document preparation, negotiations with financiers and instrumental to the implementation of the SAGE 200 for the company. 

I am skilled in financial modeling,use of power Bi and power query tools, as well as in the use of  oracle and Sage 

I am  passionate about creating impacts. I delight in making useful recommendations to support management decision thereby creating value for all relevant stakeholders.
