My primary objective as a Senior Health Care Assistant is to bring comfort and ensure the relief of my patients. My focus is to make sure that they have the right care and get the nourishment they deserve. More so, I will ensure that proper hygiene and sanitation is observed at all times. My skills acquired have equipped me to fulfil this objective. I can also drive and have my driving permit which makes it easy for me to move around when there is an emergency.

In addition, I possess some proven skills like punctuality, flexibility, accountability, organized, adaptable, energetic, hardworking, dedication to work as part of a team, ability to work under considerable pressure. I am an effective listener, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, motivated, caring, warm, collaborative, and compassionate to patients while providing respect and reducing their anxiety.

• To support patients through their treatment
• Help patients with mobility problems, Dementia, and other physical disabilities
• Providing personal care, safety, safe manual handling, completing documentations
• Assisting patients with meals and feeding
• Involved in domestic chores such as cleaning, bed making, laundry or general duties
• Provide activities like game, sports, watching of movies to alleviate boredom
• Making patients and their families feel comfortable
• Monitoring & reporting patients conditions by taking temperatures and weight measurements
• Caring and compassionate to patients while providing respect and reducing their anxiety
