In my current role as a Registered Nurse, I have experience working primarily in a Medical - Surgical unit and also intermittent assignments in emergency and surgical adult units with various specialties such as Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, endocrine, respiratory, hematology, reproductive, and also attending to Medical-Surgical Emergencies such as hypoglycemia, sickle cell crises, severe hypotension and hypertension, hemorrhage, anaphylactic reaction, and heart attack e.t.c. as well as attending to high dependency and geriatric cases. Working in this role has developed my abilities in infection controls and prevention, Triaging, Nursing audits, provision of holistic and client-focused care to my patients.
