 I was responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our enterprise software applications.
One of the most challenging experiences I had was when we migrated our data from an old CRM system to a new one. The migration process was complex due to the large volume of data and the need to ensure data integrity.

During the migration, we encountered an issue where certain customer records were not correctly transferred. This was a critical issue as it could potentially impact our customer relationships and business operations.

I took the lead in troubleshooting this issue. I worked closely with the database team to identify the root cause, which turned out to be a mismatch in the data formats between the old and new systems. I then collaborated with the software development team to create a script that could convert the data into the correct format.

After rigorous testing, we successfully implemented the solution and all customer records were accurately migrated. This experience not only improved my problem-solving and technical skills but also taught me the importance of cross-functional collaboration in resolving enterprise-level issues.
 

I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology in University of Lagos. My studies are focused on advanced IT concepts, including software development, data management, and network security. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and look forward to applying my knowledge in real-world scenarios.
