 Developing, monitoring, and maintaining a Health, safety and environment policy and regulations to guarantee compliance with

the company’s goal and objectives, and to monitor updates, in order to meet with the changing regulatory requirements.

 Conducting regular risk assessments across the sites and estates, to identify potential risks /hazards, and to ensure the necessary

mitigation measures are in place.

 Conducting site safety audits for all contractors at various sites in order to identify gaps, and to make recommendations for

continued HSE compliance.

 To establish an incident reporting system and to lead investigations into all accidents, near-misses, and other safety violations

across sites/estates, and to make recommendations to forestall future occurrence.

 Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and ensure all employees and residents are aware of the

emergency procedures.

 Plan and deliver HSE training programs for all staff, contractors, and residents, in order to raise awareness, and ensure

compliance safe work practices, across the sites/ estates.

 To ensure proper management of all waste; to ensure appropriate pollution control, and resource conservation.

 Audited production and watched out for any unsafe behaviour or breach of regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Coordinated workforce to ensure implementation of client’s HSE policy and regulations, in order to guarantee personnel and

environmental safety, in compliance with national regulatory requirements.

 Developed and implemented safety plans, monitored and supervising workplace for daily compliance with safe work practices.

 Conducted of safety observation reports on a regular basis, and followed up with contractors for close out of action points.

 Conducted of walk-down inspections to identify conditions that are unsafe and hazardous in nature, and recommended corrective

measures to prevent workplace accidents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Ensured implementation of company’s HSE policy and regulations to guarantee personnel and environmental safety, as well as, in

compliance with national regulatory requirements.

 Promoted intervention culture at site and discussed the dangers of identified bad practices and shared lessons/learning during

monthly HSE meetings for a continued HSE improvement.

Suggested safety measures to reduce all identified risks, to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
