People focus on working without  giving themselves the rest the body needs, So when the whole stress accumulate in their body, it makes them uncomfortable whenever they are,  home, office etc.  Please make sure you visit spa once in a week . Health is wealth, don't forget whatever you do, you need to give yourself luxurious  treatment, have your steam bath,  your body exfoliating  Facials.
