    JOB SUMMARY

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Science or related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in performance management.Ability to analyze data and develop metrics to track performance and success.Knowledge of employment laws, best practices in performance management.Knowledge of performance management tools.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assessing and analyzing the employee's current performance metrics and identifying areas of inefficiency or under-performance.Developing and implementing performance strategies to enhance productivity among employees.Design custom job roles and develop a performance management framework.Establishing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.Plan and organize training programs, research contents for facilitation.Providing guidance and training to employees to improve their performance and contribute to the organization's success.Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies and making adjustments as needed.Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve corporate performance continually.Organize and monitor periodic reports on employees.
