    JOB SUMMARY

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred years work experience.Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and presentations.Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails.Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.
