- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in business
administration or similar field
- Minimum of 8 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive or
similar role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
