- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Assign tasks, supervise work, and provide guidance and training to team members as needed
- Develop and implement schedules and plans for electrical projects, including maintenance, upgrades, and installations
- Ensure that all electrical work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve electrical issues and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and manage electrical inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate resources are available to complete all electrical projects and work orders
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure that all electrical work areas and equipment are safe and in compliance with regulations
- Degree in Electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergency call-outs
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
