- Manage all aspects of the restaurant and lounge operations, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.
- Uphold the brand image and reputation of the restaurant and lounge through impeccable service, attention to detail, and personalized guest experiences.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Restaurant or Lounge Manager, with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
