    Job Title: Business Development Manager (Fixed Deposit Mobilization)

    About the Role:
    In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional client relationships. Your key objectives include sourcing funds, managing investment portfolios, and delivering outstanding results that contribute significantly to the company's success.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Client Acquisition and Needs Assessment: Identify and profile high-potential clients, facilitating meetings to present tailored financial solutions and coordinating market strategies to drive deposit mobilization.
    • Conversion and Account Management: Convert prospects into valued clients through targeted follow-ups, upsell pre-qualified retail clients to additional services, and maintain a strong presence in the market.
    • Client Relationship Management: Foster deep relationships with clients by providing personalized portfolio monitoring, reporting, and engagement, while also obtaining referrals to meet team targets.
    • Reporting and Compliance: Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports on prospect conversion progress, maintaining a spotless record of client complaints and collaborating with CRM teams for swift resolutions.
    • Event Support and Sales Opportunities: Provide essential support for company events and actively pursue sales opportunities to drive business growth.


    • Mobilize N150 million in investments monthly.
    • Achieve the conversion of a minimum of 12 accounts monthly.
    • Maintain a nil record of unresolved customer complaints.
    • Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports promptly.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline
    Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
    Proven track record in a Financial Institution
    Able to bring in N150M Investment mobilization monthly, and minimum of 12 accounts conversion
    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
