Product Manager - Lagos

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager (Fintech) to lead the development and execution of innovative fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech products (payments, APIs, reconciliation tools, compliance features, etc.).
• Work with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.
• Manage product development lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous iteration.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, sales, customer success, operations, compliance) to ensure product goals are aligned with business objectives.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure performance and adoption.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security requirements are integrated into product design.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric solutions.
  Lead product demos, training, and internal communication of product updates.
