Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation management roles in the cement or related industry Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment Excellent leadership and management skills Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations Experience working with cross-functional teams Knowledge of safety regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Description Dangote Cement Plc is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) for the Cement Industry. As the AGM E&I, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation operations of our cement plants, ensuring efficient and reliable production.Duties Manage and supervise the electrical and instrumentation team in the cement plants Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of electrical and instrumentation equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Monitor and control expenses within budget Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in electrical and instrumentation Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management
