    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to address client inquiries and concerns related to the leather care products.
  • Manage the inventory of products before, during and after leather care.
  • Communicate with clients and maintain an open line of communication with the team and management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of workflows within the leather care department.
  • Ensure all leather care projects are carried out efficiently to meet quality standards.
  • Oversee project execution phases by conducting regular inspections to minimize rework and ensure compliance and customer expectations.
  • Assist in developing and managing the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals in the leather care department.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' services and customer preferences.


    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Must be eloquent and be a fashion lover.
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury brands would be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery.

  • Ability to sell the services of the brand for increased patronage.
  • Problem-solving skills.


    Work Days: Monday - Saturday

  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM)



    Remuneration: NGN 200,000

  • Health Cover
