- Overall accountability for generating new business and revenue for the company
- Prospecting and building relationships with new clients
- Developing relationships with all the state water boards including all key stakeholders responsible for assigning water projects in the regions
- Setting weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets along with your manager with which your performance will be measured against
- Working closely with the production and logistics team to plan production and dispatch requirements for projects
- Proactively managing client needs and looking for ways to deepen relationships and grow the client's business with the company
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
Requirements: - 0 - 5 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development Role.
- Strong familiarity with the regions listed above.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship skills – be able manage communication with multiple clients in an extremely professional manner. Many of our clients are government entities, so professionalism is of high importance.
- Strong communication skills – this individual must be able to communicate clearly and effectively ensuring their team, clients, and management are constantly informed.
