JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Licensed as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the relevant professional body. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory environment, with a strong background in diagnostic testing and laboratory procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex test results. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Conduct complex clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, immunology, microbiology, and biochemistry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Analyze and interpret test results, reporting findings to physicians and healthcare providers with accuracy and efficiency. Develop and implement laboratory testing procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise and mentor lab technicians, ensuring quality control and accuracy in all laboratory work. Participate in research and development projects, contributing to advancements in laboratory science and medical diagnostics.
