    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers, keeping drawings and valuables.
  • Receiving, capturing, collating, and distributing information.
  • Site Office management and general administrative duties, safekeeping of Company property.
  • Dealing with queries, complaints, and requests for information, reporting to the appropriate channel.
  • Enabling and maintaining communication between project team members and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting site management with day-to-day site activities such as booking deliveries, ensuring engineers kitted always with their PPEs, site needs.
  • Providing support to the commercial/planning/ Engineering team as required.
  • Ensuring purchase of office supplies and need where necessary e.g. Stationeries, water etc.
  • Keeping record of supplies and store taking, and petty cash expenses.
  • Reporting to HR/ADMIN and Accountants weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensuring that all sites and company, rules and regulation are maintain followed properly.


    Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement HND in Accounting, Business administration or management related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Administrative/ Accounting role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver great results.
