Coordinating Interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather client feedback, and manage the offer negotiation process.
Compliance
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company guidelines.
Market Research and Business Development
Staying Informed about Industry Trends
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.
Pursuing New Business Opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
Administration and Reporting
Maintaining Records
