    Job Brief

    The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership with strategic business management skills to drive growth and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage, supervise, and be responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Communications and Customer Service teams
    • Develop and implement sales strategies for fintech products/services
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
    • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals
    • Resolve complex customer issues and handle high-value negotiations
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management
    • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training to the sales team
    • Set individual and team performance goals and track progress
    • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align strategies
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in sales processes
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
    • A Master's degree is required
    • Managerial certificate
    • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in fintech or financial services
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends
    • Experience in team leadership and management
    • Experience with luxury or commercial real estate
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Salary: 300-400k. The estimated salary range takes into account the company location in Lagos, Nigeria, and the level of expertise required for this role.
