    Topton Media is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.

    **Responsibilities:**

    * Performing online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
    * Preparing and delivering engaging and confident presentations about our company and its services.
    * Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to sell our services; responding to customer queries promptly and professionally.
    * Developing and implementing a systematic and efficient strategy to identify, acquire, and retain prospective clients, both individual and corporate.
    * Liaising for partnerships with business groups, universities, associations, chambers of commerce, etc.
    * Ensuring that all students receive the best possible learning experience; taking responsibility for addressing the learning needs of all students.
    * Developing and managing training schedules.
    * Communicating with customers via phone, emails, chats, and other platforms.
    * Developing sales strategies and determining sales forecasts and projections.
