    Job Title: Head – Enterprise Business

    Reports to: COO/CEO

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    SALARY: Negotiable (Estimated salary based on location and job requirements is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum)

    Job Summary:

    The Head of Enterprise Business will be responsible for delivering customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets for the Enterprise business. This includes dedicated internet connectivity links, associated value-added services, and products. The area of operation will comprise all Spectranet business locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Effective management of the Enterprise team to meet business goals.
    • Churn control by maintaining robust relationships with existing customers and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Formulation of quarterly/yearly business plans.
    • Development of relationships with other functions to ensure timely installation and post-sales handholding of customers.
    • Delivery of monthly/quarterly/yearly customer acquisition and revenue targets as per the business plan.
    • Periodic training of the team.

    Key Attributes and Skills Required:

    • Total relevant work experience of 12-15 years.
    • Previous experience in a Telecom company (Mobile/ISP) in a 4G LTE and FTTx environment.
    • Experience in Key Account Management, selling in a B2B environment.
    • Relationship building with key decision-makers.
    • Handling a team of more than 10 Key Account managers (KAMs).
    • Demonstrable previous experience in Key Account Management within an ISP, Telecommunications, or IT Service Provider.
    • Proven track record of handling & negotiating orders in a B2B environment.

    Key Values and Soft Skills:

    • Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.
    • Excellent communication skills, command over English language (both written and verbal), expertise, and gravitas.
    • Ability to work in challenging environments and have a Can Do attitude.
    • A high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • High levels of integrity and business ethics.
