Job Description:

As a Loan Marketer, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, introducing loan products, and guiding them through the loan application process. Your role will focus on building a reliable client base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the organization's loan portfolio.

Client Engagement & Sales:

> Actively market loan products to a targeted audience to drive portfolio growth.

> Prepare and update prospect lists on a daily or weekly basis, and engage with new clients for business development.

Documentation & Disbursement:

> Oversee loan form documentation and manage the loan process through to disbursement.

> Provide accurate reports on activities and ensure all client interactions are recorded for easy follow-up.

Target Achievement & Market Analysis:

> Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets, achieving profitable sales volumes.

> Analyze market trends, providing insights for potential product improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

> Mandatory field sales experience of 1 to 2 years with a focus on client prospecting and engagement.

> Strong verbal and written communication skills.

> Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.

> Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

> Must have completed NYSC.
