    Description

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
    • Ensure food preparation meets health and safety guidelines.
    • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
    • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Strong sales abilities
    • Performance-driven
    • OND/HND/BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling
    • At least 5 years proven experience in a multi-site restaurant, food and beverage or retail outlets
    • Proven customer service experience
    • Extensive food and beverage F&B knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredient and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Acute financial management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with different team members at different employment levels
