- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.

- OND/HND/BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling
- At least 5 years proven experience in a multi-site restaurant, food and beverage or retail outlets
- Proven customer service experience
- Extensive food and beverage F&B knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredient and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Acute financial management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different team members at different employment levels
