Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Cooking Instructor for an on-site role based in Lagos.

The Cooking Instructor will be responsible for planning and leading cooking classes, demonstrating culinary techniques, and imparting food preparation and nutrition knowledge to participants.

You will also ensure a safe and engaging learning environment, collaborate with the team to develop innovative recipes, and maintain high-quality standards in both teaching and food handling.

Qualifications
Proficient in Cooking and Food Preparation
Strong Culinary Skills and knowledge of food presentation
Experience in Nutrition Education and basic understanding of Nutrition
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Certification or formal training in culinary arts is a plus
Previous teaching or training experience in culinary settings is an advantage
