- Generate innovative ideas and concepts to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation efforts with overall brand strategy and marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain the organization's presence on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to actively participate and engage with the audience.
- Schedule and publish content across different platforms using social media management tools.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the marketing team.
