    Yum is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment/Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions, process orders, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main liaison between customers and the business, managing requests and transactions through designated communication channels.
    • Provide excellent support by responding to customer needs, sharing relevant updates, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
    • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing, meal preparation, and dispatch coordination.
    • Keep customers informed about their purchases, expected fulfillment timelines, and any necessary modifications.
    • Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
    • Conduct follow-ups to gauge satisfaction levels and address any outstanding issues.
    • Create and update customer-facing message templates (e.g., order confirmations, delivery updates).

    Requirements:

    • 2+ proven experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a similar role is a plus.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Familiarity with order management software is an advantage.
    • Must reside within Ikeja or nearby areas for a reliable commute.
    • Flexibility to work in shifts (morning and evening).
