Job Title: Admin / Operations Manager

Industry: Healthcare/Hospital

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Admin / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service within a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and recruit administrative and support staff

* Manage daily operations and workflow efficiency

* Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards

* Oversee customer/patient service experience

* Handle vendor coordination and facility management

* Prepare operational reports for management

Requirements

* Bsc/HND in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

* 3–5 years' experience in admin or operations (healthcare preferred)

* Strong leadership and organizational skills

* Good problem-solving and communication abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
