Job Title: Pharmacist

In the role of a pharmacist, you are responsible for providing healthcare services and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Accurate Pharmaceutical Care
• Offer medication counseling to customers
• Answer drug-related questions
• Identify potential drug interactions
2. Conduct Patient Medication Reviews
3. Screen Prescriptions for Accuracy and Appropriateness
4. Advise Customers on Over-the-Counter Medications and Health Products
5. Dispense Medications Efficiently
• Proper labeling
• Dosage and instructions
6. Maintain Accurate Medication Records and Inventory
7. Prepare and Dispense Medications According to Laws and Regulations
8. Manage Prescription Refills and Delivery
9. Maintain a Clean and Organized Pharmacy Environment
10. Assist in Ordering and Receiving Pharmaceutical Supplies
11. Train and Supervise Pharmacy Technicians
12. Ensure Compliance with Pharmacy Regulations and Company Policies
13. Provide Excellent Customer Service

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized university
• Current and valid Pharmacist license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a retail pharmacy setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
