    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees 3+ years' experience in inventory management.Experience & Skills: Ability to perform a variety of inventory control procedures Knowledge of inventory planning, control procedures and practices Knowledge of inventory control and analysis software Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)Attributes: Integrity, honest with high ethical standards Client focused, relationship builder Boundless, passionate and flexible Personal excellence, accuracy and attention to detail Collaborative, achieve results through teamwork and partnerships Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and pay attention to detail.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Objective To be responsible for accurate maintenance, tracking and accounting of the company's inventory in Nigeria.Key Duties & Duties Maintaining proper and accurate records and documentation of all inventory and equipment items bought locally or imported into Nigeria Coordinating with the logistics team on equipment orders right from issuance of the purchase orders and maintaining a tracker of items up until the equipment is receipted in the system Performing monthly inventory reconciliations showing the movement of inventory in the accounting system (Receipts, issuance, installations done, returns etc) Responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels and working closely with the technical field teams to ensure that critical equipment/ parts are in stock Responsible for receiving and counter checking the goods received against invoices, packing lists and custom entry document Responsible for carrying out physical stock counts on daily, weekly, and monthly basis or as and when required from time to time Compiling reports and addressing inventory discrepancies that emanate from receipting or installation of equipment Responsible for stock and shelves labelling and all other spaces where inventory items are stored Responsible for tagging and entering new items into the inventory system Performing any other duties as may be prescribed by the supervisor Collaborate with local field team on maintaining records, inventory and spares Support local field team receiving equipment for bench testing/deployment, storage and RMA return handling.
