• Build the marketing and sales team in the company to achieve the company's growth plan
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

• Lead the business development team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business lead or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing principles.
